Driving the closing process for acquisitions, dispositions and debt and equity financings—managing signature packages, tracking deliverables against checklists, satisfying recording requirements and preparing meticulously indexed closing books
Preparing, filing, and tracking UCC financing statements; ordering and analyzing lien, litigation and similar searches; and ensuring clean title on every matter
Tackling special projects that require legal research, insightful reporting and creative problem-solving
Serving as a trusted liaison between Dentons lawyers, clients, title companies, surveyors, opposing counsel and governmental agencies to keep every deal on course and on schedule
Pursuant to Illinois law, the salary range for this position is $95,000 to $140,000, based on experience.
