Responsible for interpretation and preservation of Atlanta State Park. Promotes conservation and stewardship of natural and cultural resources. Responsible for interpreting the geological setting of the park as well as providing information about park history to the public. Conducts interpretive programs, tours, hikes, and special events and promotes outreach programs with schools, libraries, scouts and other organizations. Assists with maintenance and cleaning of park buildings and grounds, and other park projects. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with all Agency, Division, and Branch rules, regulations and procedures.NOTE: Temporary position contingent upon funding with fluctuating full-time/part-time hours based on operational needs.
