Overview

The Senior Project Lead, Talent Planning, is responsible for developing, shaping, and implementing a portfolio of Workforce Experience initiatives in support of the Staff, External Workforce, and Supplier audiences.

This role requires a strong professional who can influence leaders, guide cross-functional collaboration, and steward critical initiatives. Success will require project and change management, process optimization, and training and development expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Director, Talent Planning, to develop, shape, and manage the team's 3-year roadmap of priorities, focusing on Workforce Experience. Responsible for leading all project and change management efforts for all Talent Planning special projects.

  • Leads project and change management efforts as part of the External Workforce workstream of the Multiply Support Center Effectiveness Momentum Accelerator, driving more efficient and effective utilization of Chick-fil-A's External Workforce.

  • Partners closely with the External Workforce Solutions Team to drive a portfolio of initiatives related to Chick-fil-A's external Staffing partners, including External Workers, Suppliers, and Staff Contacts, across the full External Worker Lifecycle. Example initiatives include change management and training, managing the performance of Supplier partners, and ensuring close partnership and consulting across internal partners.

  • Responsible for driving engagement and utilization of the Impact Exchange Platform, including overseeing and driving the feature roadmap, change management efforts, reporting, and stakeholder management. Role also responsible for all project and change management efforts in implementing the platform for additional Chick-fil-A entities.

  • Drives the creation of technical solutions, in partnership with Talent Consultants and DTT, intended to establish workforce strategy templates across all departments at CFA, Inc and VBLs.

  • Owns Staff Calendar deliverables as part of Planning process and serves as thought partner in considering and shaping the full ecosystem of events Staff are invited to participate in.

  • Owns meeting content and management of Talent Planning Team meetings. Responsible for shaping communications, cascading and tracking progress against priorities.

  • Leads the budgeting process and annual cycle for Talent Planning Team.

  • Partners with the Executive Director, Talent Ops and Planning, as well as the Talent Ops and Planning Leadership Team to establish and manage clear and executable priorities and measurable goals that advance Chick-fil-A's broader People Strategy.

  • Drives continuous improvement and evolution of the Talent Ops and Planning Support Model, partnering with Talent Ops and Planning Leaders to continually evaluate operating models and implement measured improvements that right size support to effectively meet evolving future needs. Includes serving as Project Lead to the People Services Council, advancing the Shared Services Model Pilot, in partnership with Chick-fil-A's Vertical Business Lines.

  • Manages end-to-end content for Talent Planning meetings and maintains a strategic partnership with the Talent Ops & Planning meeting team for successful quarterly meeting execution. Responsible for shaping communications, cascading and tracking progress against priorities.

  • Identifies and implements processes, tools, and ways of working improvements that enhance effectiveness, scalability, and impact across Talent Planning.

  • Stays current on key trends, surfacing best practices and insights that shape and advance Chick-fil-A's talent and workforce strategies.
