Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Global Product Marketing, Compression is responsible for building and driving the global marketing growth strategy and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for the Compression product portfolio. This leader will have 1 direct report and will be a part of the upstream Global Product Marketing team focusing on Compression.
Responsibilities
Conducts and analyzes market research studies to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
Develops strategic global marketing plans for the $300M Compression product portfolio.
Implements strategic marketing plans downstream working with regional partners globally, within the Cardinal Health organization.
Coordinates marketing plans with external marketing agencies.
Aligns internal sales and marketing team with designed go-to-market messaging.
Works closely with cross-functional partners including, but not limited to, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, and Sales.
Manages 1 direct report, who has upstream product marketing ownership for the T.E.D. Anti-Embolism Stockings and A-V Impulse Foot Compression System.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience, preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Healthcare or medical device industry experience, preferred
Proven ability to build and manage product portfolio lifecycles/PLM
Strong proficiency in market data analysis, budgeting, and P&L management
Exceptional ability to translate complex clinical information into value-based messaging for diverse global stakeholders
Entrepreneurial personality with a bias for action and works well under pressure
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, think strategically, and drive organizational goals.
Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
Location: This position can be remote and based anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be able to work within the EST or CST business hours.
Anticipated salary range : $105,100 - $150,000
