About the role
As a Java Full Stack Developer , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and enhancing high‑performance web applications that support critical business needs. You will be a valued member of our technology team and work collaboratively with architects, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, modern digital solutions.

In this role, you will:
Design and develop user‑friendly, responsive web applications using Angular and Java .
Build, enhance, and maintain RESTful APIs that support robust front‑end functionality.
Develop and implement microservices architecture to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless user experience and optimized interfaces.
Conduct code reviews , ensuring code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure security, reliability, and performance across applications.

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days per week onsite at Jacksonville, FL.

What you need to have to be considered
Minimum 9 + years of IT experience , with at least 5+ years working as a Java Full Stack Developer or in a comparable role.
Strong proficiency in Java , Angular , Java Spring front end, in-house automation, Profile Scripting Language, No SQL Db
Hands‑on experience designing and deploying microservices-based applications .
Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks .
Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
These will help you stand out
Experience in cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization skills.
Ability to work in an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
