TK Elevator Corporation Sr. Financial Analyst- FPandA in Atlanta, Georgia
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- End-to-end process owner for reporting and analytics in support of the BU NA reporting
- Develop partnerships and strong working relationships with stakeholders across the Senior Leadership Team
- Actively manage the portfolio of reports, dashboards and analyses required to provide timely insights and enable better business decisions.
- Partner directly with Director of Finance to provide VP of finance reporting and insights to deliver quality messages to BA
- Support budget and forecast activities
- Develop Decks and high-level models for run rate-based comparisons
- Identify business performance issues, alert impacted stakeholders and take corrective actions.
- Support the BU NA monthly close process by gathering needed inputs, performing variance analyses, refining forecasts, and submitting relevant commentary.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analyses
- Play a critical role in forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning cycles.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardized workflows to support business needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant IT systems and processes.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar field is required.
- 5+ years of progressive experiences in financial reporting, analytics, budgeting and forecasting roles.
- Working knowledge of an industrial company business model and its financial performance measure.
- Ability to operate at a high level within a multi-national organization.
- Understanding of how private equity firms manage portfolio companies.
- Ability to solve complex problems through solution-oriented analysis and outcome-driven solutions.
- Advanced Excel skill set, along with strong financial modeling and data mining expertise.
- Mastery in PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to develop management presentations.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, EPM Cloud and other financial reporting software
- A high level of initiative and drive, with a natural sense of ownership for projects and duties.
- Ability to work closely with C-level and other executives.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability for articulate/diplomatic communications.
- Comfortable working with very sensitive data and able to maintain a high degree of discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to execute process improvements and identify automation opportunities.
- High degree of Emotional Intelligence, and a Critical Thinker with a natural curiosity.
