PPay range: $46.53 - 56.53

Lead and manage business analysis activities with minimal supervision, ensuring organized and efficient delivery
Apply expertise in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR), Business Continuity Management Tool (BCM) and airline operations to support critical initiatives
Drive Agile project execution, focusing on Minimal Viable Product (MVP) deliverables and rapid iteration
Gather, analyze, and synthesize technology and airline operations data from internal sources to inform decision-making
Develop comprehensive requirements, use cases, and scenarios; identify process and data gaps to optimize project outcomes
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, lead technical resource discussions, and actively support project progress and stakeholder alignment

Experience in Disaster Recovery and Goverance Support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery efforts and advocate for automation where possible Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and how to enhance product development Planning and estimating the specific requirements involved in a project or strategic initiative Facilitating meetings with organizational leadership and organizing presentations
