How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and execute revenue‑maximizing pricing strategies across an assigned U.S. – Caribbean/Central American scope. The successful candidate will analyze key performance indicators, determine fare structures, define pricing segmentation, and shape competitive strategy. This role partners closely with inventory management, network planning, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with divisional and corporate priorities.
Position Responsibilities:
Quickly analyze large datasets, clearly summarize insights, andeffectively communicate conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, alongwith excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven peerleadership.
Apply prior analytical experience to independently manage complex,high‑visibility market scopes or strategic projects.
Identify and assess market trends and issues; determine appropriatepricing actions; file those actions accurately; and performpost‑implementation audits to evaluate effectiveness.
Work collaboratively and efficiently in a time‑sensitive,team‑oriented, and results‑driven environment with minimal supervision.
Leverage advanced technical skills and subject matter expertise to supportpricing strategy development.

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
2+years of experience in related field preferred.
Proficiencyin Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required; experience with Hyperion/Brio,SAS, Tableau, and Diio considered a plus
Familiaritywith pricing systems (ATPCO, AirPrice, and DLTerm) preferred.
Experiencein pricing, revenue management, or related field is strongly preferred.
