You will serve as a program leader, responsible for driving program delivery and ensuring successful business and technical outcomes.

The role is responsible for stewarding critical strategic initiatives and driving the delivery of technical programs that underpin Mailchimp's core platform.
Responsibilities
Lead and Execute Strategic Programs: Drive and execute strategic programs in partnership with engineering and product leadership, ensuring alignment with overall platform and product strategy.
Deliver Exceptional Results: Develop and execute high-quality program plans, utilizing data to track progress, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Orchestrate Technical Portfolios: Drive strategic alignment across fragmented program workstreams, managing compounding complexity and dependencies to ensure a cohesive platform trajectory.
Drive Operational Excellence and Clarity: Establish clarity in ambiguous environments by anchoring diverse stakeholder groups to primary objectives and designing repeatable frameworks for simplified delivery cycles.
Champion Organizational Change: Act as a credible change leader, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and driving adoption of new technical strategies and operating models.
Build, Mentor, and Define Best Practices: Define and implement program management best practices, contributing to the growth of the TPM community through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
Qualifications
Proven Leadership & Program Management: 10+ years of experience building, leading, and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs, including 5+ years leading multiple complex SaaS development projects.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development approaches, platform architecture, lifecycles, and Agile methodologies, with a clear grasp of modern technologies and an AI-first mindset.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends, understand strategy, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate business outcomes in the marketing or e-commerce space.
Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to assess program progress and drive decision-making. Familiarity with data analytics and AI/ML concepts is a plus.
Education & Domain: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience in marketing technology (MarTech) or FinTech is a strong plus.
