Roles and Responsibilities
Define and own long-term product strategy and roadmaps for advanced energy transmission solutions.
Lead research-driven and blue-sky innovation beyond incremental development.
Identify new market opportunities, applications, and business models across the energy transmission value chain.
Translate advanced power-system technologies into compelling customer value propositions.
Own commercial success, including business cases, pricing, and profitability.
Drive business development, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations.
Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and differentiation for new products and platforms.
Collaborate with global R&D, engineering, sales, and regional teams in a complex, matrix environment.
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or a related field
7–10+ years of experience in product management and/or business development within energy transmission, power systems, or electrical engineering.
Strong technical credibility in areas such as HVDC/HVAC, substations, power electronics, or grid technologies.
Proven track record of combining technical depth with commercial impact.
Experience shaping strategic partnerships and supporting complex customer engagements.
Ability to operate effectively in a global, multicultural organization.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and long-term strategic thinking.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $153,800.00 and $256,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
