CBRE Senior Procurement Analyst (Remote) in Atlanta, Georgia

About the Role:

As a CBRE Procurement Sr. Analyst, you will design, evaluate, and provide complex reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.

  • Present the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.

  • Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.

  • Collect and rationalize complex data from many sources. Conduct advanced financial evaluation.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation.

  • Point of contact for key processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.

  • Review forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions. Make strategic recommendations to business.

  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Previous experience with automated conveyor systems and controls, material handling equipment, blueprints and schematics.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Word & Excel, Kindle Platforms and Windows OS is preferred.

  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

  • Training or experience in an industrial, fulfillment center, or data center maintenance position (5+ years) OR an Associate or Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) PLUS 2 years in the above maintenance fields is preferred.

  • Good mechanical and technical aptitude and curious nature with a desire to learn, repair and troubleshoot material handling equipment (MHE) is preferred.

  • Understanding of LINIX and/or SQL is preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of Electrical concepts (i.e.: wiring of a 3-phase motor).

  • Proficient use of basic hand tools, DMM, CMMS, and software-based calibration, analysis, or data acquisition tools is preferred.

  • Experience with networking, PLCs and HMIs, drives, motors, controllers, power supplies, cameras and vision systems, servos and encoders is preferred.

  • Experience with hydraulics, gearboxes, drive assemblies, conveyors, pick-and-place, and articulated arm devices is preferred.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
