RGP Senior Director, Supply Chain Sales & Delivery in Atlanta, Georgia
RGP is seeking a Senior Leader, Solutions Sales & Delivery – Supply Chain to join our growing Supply Chain team. This individual will have expertise in delivering and selling Supply Chain Management Solutions within a consulting organization. This leader will be responsible for developing and selling Supply Chain solutions in the marketplace and act as a valuable subject matter expert within our organization and the business community.
Base Pay Range: $163,000 - $249,000
Other compensation: Incentive Compensation
Delivering sustainable and profitable revenue growth of the Supply Chain Management Practice by originating and developing sales opportunities through strategic client engagement and leveraging and growing professional networks
Implementing a strategic approach to support current projects and longer-term business objectives
Collaborating with Sales teams to support end-to-end supply chain pursuits, including proposal development, RFP responses, presentations, and knowledge capital creation
Ensuring each engagement is performed to the highest standards of quality and completed with total client satisfaction
Delivering against established utilization targets, timelines, and revenue goals
Demonstrating experience and expertise in key aspects of Supply Chain Management including:
Supply Chain Strategy
Integrated Business Planning / Sales and Operations Planning
Procurement and Supplier Management
Inventory Optimization
Distribution and Logistics
Manufacturing
Supply Chain Technology (Source to Pay, MRP, Advanced Planning, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management)
Expanding cross-selling services in other solution areas, such as Finance Transformation, Business Technology, AI Strategy, Change Management, Program/Project Management, and Data & Analytics optimization
Playing a key leadership role for the Supply Chain practice by developing and executing strategic and operational plans, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing multiple engagements, including team management, quality assurance, and mentorship to drive consultative excellence, improving client satisfaction levels as a key lever to secure revenue growth
As a project advisor and/or leader, ensuring what is sold to clients is delivered, and that future sales opportunities are identified/supported
Managing/providing oversight to multiple engagement deliveries, including team & deliverables, QA, and coaching and mentoring of the project team with the goal of increasing consultative behaviors and repeatable teaming across the Solution space
Directing the engagement team as appropriate and providing leadership for successful delivery, solution knowledge, mentorship and client value add
Creating specifications and overseeing execution of market research to obtain insights and define service offering branding
Designing and developing thought leadership and project acceleration tools that drive value on client engagements and differentiate RGP’s solution from the market
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Delivery of a broad set of Supply Chain services and solutions
Ability to direct high-level professionals in an individual and team capacity and serve as the point of contact regarding all Company based procedures
Functional expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
6+ years consultative or solution selling processes, and a demonstrated ability to effectively execute strategic plans
Demonstrates LIFE AT RGP; Loyalty, Integrity, Focus, Enthusiasm, Accountability and Talent
Proven ability to develop and communicate Solution and marketing strategies and recommendations to C-level
Demonstrates deep understanding and expertise of delivery methodologies and deliverables leveraged in a variety of engagement types
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market and operational factors.
