The Coca-Cola Company Senior Director, Corporate Strategy in Atlanta, Georgia
What You'll Do for Us
Act as objective, in-house strategy consultant to help set our strategic priorities with leadership, architect mid/long-term strategic solutions, solve our most pressing performance challenges, and align/mobilize change across the System
Partner and collaborate inside the department with Strategy leadership and Strategy team as well as Functions/OUs/Platform Services based on the priorities of the enterprise and the department
For priorities identified, create and drive projects to deliver high-quality outcomes and impact for the enterprise inclusive of the following:
Oversee and drive end-to-end problem-solving within projects, including leveraging analysis and insights produced by PS/OUs/Functions
Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., strategy, marketing, finance, OUs) to solve complex problems together
Proactively identify any issues and roadblocks along the way and offer initial solutions to resolve
Synthesize findings, insights and recommendations in a compelling manner to allow for the appropriate strategic dialogue and discussion to occur amongst senior stakeholders
Present to senior stakeholders to support rotating priorities; be a self-starter and entrepreneurial
More broadly, demonstrate good understanding of the priorities of the function and take the initiative to surface opportunities to achieve them
Help manage the Corporate Strategy Managers, by providing direction and guidance during projects
Qualifications & Requirements
10-15 years of business experience, with experience in strategy, finance, or other general management fields
Graduate Degree in business, strategy or a related field
Director with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels, depending on priorities of the Strategy department, exemplifying network ways of working
Ability to partner with leaders of the Corporate Strategy team as well as the network of OUs/Functions/Platform Services
Exceptional problem solving - ability to be hypothesis-driven, drive from analysis to insights and implications, be comfortable taking in data and input from a variety of different sources, and to be structured and logical in thinking
Strong project management skills and ownership mindset - drive work-planning, stakeholder engagement, upward management and team management effectively; is proactive and uses own initiative effectively
Analytical with attention to detail but at the same time able to be 80:20, prioritize appropriately and to be comfortable with a certain amount of ambiguity
Ability to rotate across priorities and multi-task effectively, leverage relationships with key business partners, comfortable in working closely with OUs/Functions/Platform Services with strong stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) - ability to synthesize effectively, pull disparate analyses together into a single narrative, identify and call out key sensitivities as well as tailor communication style to different audiences; some ability to develop visually compelling slide decks and crisply written white papers that focus on key messages
Proficiency in both Microsoft Excel (for analysis) and PowerPoint (for visual communication)

Pay Range:
$195,500 - $226,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
