Job Summary

Location: Atlanta Battery office or Carrollton, GA Corporate Building

The Senior Analyst, IT Governance supports enterprise technology governance by managing compliance, risk, and architecture standards. This role partners with Cybersecurity, Legal, and People & Culture to ensure IT solutions meet security, procurement, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include facilitating governance forums, maintaining system architecture integrity, controlling costs, driving application rationalization, and mitigating enterprise risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.

  • Review and validate IT solution designs for compliance with security, legal, and procurement requirements.

  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal, and P\&C on contracts, sensitive data handling, and resilience measures.

  • Maintain enterprise architecture documentation and ensure adherence to approved patterns and standards.

  • Monitor and report on governance KPIs, including compliance, risk posture, and cost optimization.

  • Drive application rationalization initiatives to reduce redundancy and optimize technology investments.

  • Assess and mitigate enterprise IT risks, ensuring controls are in place and effective.

  • Support vendor governance activities, including risk assessments and contract compliance.

  • Coordinate governance audits and evidence collection for internal and external reviews.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance governance processes and reduce complexity.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Field of Expertise: Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Master’s degree Licenses/Certificates: CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, ITIL, or TOGAF preferred. Years of Experience: 8-11 Years
