Osmose Utilities Services Salesforce Business Systems Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce to serve as a strategic partner between business and IT. This role drives Salesforce-based solutions supporting sales, operations, and enterprise processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teams.
Lead discovery and requirements gathering for complex Salesforce initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with architects, administrators, developers, and vendors to design scalable solutions.
Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities.
Communicate solutions to offshore development team members
Provide hands-on Salesforce Configuration solutions
Execute system tests, prepare user-acceptance tests,, prepare deployments and conduct readiness, and validate changes post-implementation.
Initiate process improvement efforts.
Contribute to data governance, reporting, and system optimization efforts.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to Business Systems standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, preferred).
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc..
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with any CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or Revenue Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications.
Experience with system integrations and enterprise reporting.
Background in utilities, field services, or infrastructure industries.
