TK Elevator Corporation Sales Support Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Generate high-quality, accurate quotes upon request from the sales staff.
  • Build strong employee to employee relationships with internal customers.
  • Creatively develop solutions to improve the speed and utility of the Inside Sales role.
  • Work to improve the data integrity and functionality of the Customer Resource Management (CRM) application.
  • Ensure all quoting activity is reported in CRM accurately and correctly.
  • Act as a sponsor for change as new facets of the CRM/BigMachines applications are published.
  • Use CRM software to input customer information, log created proposals and run sales reports.
  • Assist account managers with the generation of sales proposals and renewals of maintenance contracts.
  • Assist account managers and sales manager in developing customer presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree with 2-3 years related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • 1-2 years experience in a CRM environment
  • Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • A cultivated attention to detail.
