A National Limousine Road Supervisor in Atlanta, Georgia

Department: Safety and Training Location: Hapeville, GA Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Off Days: Saturday and Sunday

Position Summary

The Road Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting daily transit operations by monitoring driver performance, responding to on-road incidents, conducting safety checks, and assisting with compliance and training activities. This role works closely with drivers, dispatch, and safety leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and professional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor driver performance through on-road observations, ride-alongs, and trail checks

  • Conduct on-scene accident and incident investigations and assist with required documentation

  • Support safety compliance efforts related to DOT and FTA standards

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and corrective feedback to drivers as needed

  • Assist with training activities for new and current drivers

  • Respond to operational issues, service disruptions, and customer concerns in the field

  • Serve as a liaison between drivers, dispatch, safety leadership, and management

  • Support dispatch and routing functions as needed

  • Perform vehicle maneuvering assistance in challenging locations when required

  • Complete reports and documentation accurately and timely

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous experience in transportation operations (bus operator, lead, supervisor, or similar role)

  • Knowledge of transportation safety practices and procedures

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and staff

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, reporting tools)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a safety-related or supervisory role

  • Familiarity with paratransit or public transportation environments

  • Knowledge of ADA policies and procedures

  • Experience using transit or dispatch-related systems (training provided)


Physical and Work Environment
  • Frequent fieldwork requiring standing, walking, and vehicle entry/exit

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Ability to remain alert and focused in fast-paced operational environments
