The Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy will lead the development, governance, and optimization of pricing and rate strategies for the Digital Access Program. This role is responsible for designing flexible, competitive, and customer‑centric rate structures that balance affordability and revenue objectives.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable pricing recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Rate Strategy Development & Governance
Lead the end‑to‑end development of rate and pricing strategies for the Digital Access Program
Establish rate design principles that support competitive positioning, and financial performance.
Define and maintain technical frameworks for rates
Financial Modeling & Analysis
Develop robust financial models to evaluate rate proposals, revenue impacts, price sensitivity, and customer adoption.
Assess trade‑offs between price, participation, cost, and margin objectives.
Monitor performance against forecasts and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Market & Competitive Insights
Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analyses to ensure Digital Access Program pricing remains competitive and aligned with customer expectations.
Incorporate customer insights, usage patterns, elasticity analysis, and demographic considerations into rate design decisions.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Prepare executive‑level presentations and business cases that clearly articulate rate strategy recommendations, risks, and financial impacts.
Lead discussions with senior leadership to obtain alignment and approval on rate strategies.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Digital Access Program pricing for internal and external stakeholders.
Program Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Track KPIs related to adoption, and revenue outcomes.
Identify opportunities to grow revenue
Drive continuous improvement through post‑implementation reviews and data‑driven insights.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
3 - 5+ years of experience in pricing, rate strategy, and/or data-driven financial decisions
Strong financial modeling, and advanced analytical skills
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross‑functional initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Demonstrated experience designing and managing rate or pricing strategies for consumer‑facing or digital programs
Experience using data visualization and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel)

The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to the office. Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position. Candidates must be currently in the same geographic location or willing to relocate independently.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $9,060 monthly in our lowest geographic market up to $16,795 monthly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
