Home Depot Retail Media Account Manager - Orange Apron Media in Atlanta, Georgia
Position Purpose:
The Retail Media Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing strong, long-term relationships with Orange Apron Media supplier and service provider partners. This role serves as a trusted day-to-day point of contact, ensuring partners are supported, engaged, and realizing value from their retail media investments. Focused on retention, satisfaction, and sustained spend, the Account Manager partners closely with the sales team and internal teams to support account strategy, surface growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with Home Depot merchandising category priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
40%-Supplier Relationship Management
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned supplier and service provider partners.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships through consistent communication and proactive engagement.
Understand partner business objectives and retail media goals to ensure alignment with Orange Apron Media offerings.
Support long-term partnership health by addressing questions, resolving issues, and coordinating internal support as needed.
Strengthen supplier engagement and satisfaction to drive retention and ongoing media investment.
25% Account Strategy Support and Growth Enablement
Partner with the sales team to support account strategy, joint business planning, and supplier reviews.
Identify opportunities to expand media engagement based on partner needs, category priorities, and performance insights.
Contribute to upsell and cross-sell recommendations in partnership with sales leadership.
Ensure partners are aware of new capabilities, solutions, and opportunities within Orange Apron Media.
20%-Partner Enablement and Ongoing Support
Support onboarding of new suppliers and service providers by helping them understand Orange Apron Media programs, processes, and expectations.
Provide ongoing guidance, education, and resources to help partners navigate the retail media ecosystem effectively.
Act as an internal advocate for partners, coordinating with sales, analytics, and media teams to ensure strong partner experiences.
15%-Performance Insights and Business Reviews
Review campaign performance summaries and reporting in partnership with analytics and sales teams.
Help translate performance insights into clear takeaways and recommendations for partners.
Participate in partner check-ins and business reviews to reinforce value, alignment, and future opportunities.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
Position reports to a Senior Retail Media Account Executive.
This position has no direct reports.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
4 years of professional work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
4-5+ years of experience in account management, retail media, marketing, or partnerships
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
Experience working with suppliers, advertisers, or consumer brands
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable interpreting performance insights and discussing results with partners
