Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Contract) to support a civilian federal agency by leading Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 migrations from on-premise environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role supports mission-critical systems and ensures cloud migration activities comply with federal security, governance, and audit requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day delivery of Oracle EBS 12.2 migration projects to OCI
• Control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
• Ensure project execution aligns with federal security, compliance, and audit standards
• Provide regular status reports, deliverables, and executive briefings
• Support testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations

Skills and Requirements
• Demonstrated success leading on-premise to cloud application migrations
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager (contract or consulting experience preferred)
• Proven experience managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 environments
• Strong understanding of EBS 12.2 architecture
• Experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-vendor projects
• Strong skills in project governance, risk management, and federal reporting
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration experience
• Prior experience supporting civilian federal agency contracts
• Familiarity with FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, and federal ATO processes
• Experience working with system integrators and subcontractors
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification
• Prior Public Trust or other federal clearance
