Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by managing key tasks such as scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Manage applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Assist with full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and supporting hiring decisions.
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers and candidates to keep all parties informed and aligned.
• Maintain compliance with corporate recruiting policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment-related reporting and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks.
• Provide timely responses to candidate inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in a recruiting or coordination role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and related recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of onboarding procedures and compliance requirements.
