Proposal Proofreader – Government RFPs
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
We are seeking a Proposal Proofreader with experience reviewing government RFP responses to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Proofread and edit proposal documents for grammar, consistency, and formatting
Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and submission guidelines
Verify accuracy across proposal sections and supporting documents
Maintain consistent tone, style, and branding
Support proposal teams during high-volume submission periods
Requirements
Requirements
3+ years of proofreading or editing experience
Experience reviewing government RFP proposals
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with proposal formatting and compliance requirements
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
