Enterprise Solutions (ES) is seeking an Ancillary Order Management Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of IT development roadmaps that enable ordering, fulfilling, and servicing ancillary products such as seats, bags, wifi, catering and more.

The Order Management team is responsible for the following scope:

  • Orchestrationto create, retrieve, change and cancel an order

  • Createand update the order record

  • Creationof records in legacy systems of record

  • Weare looking for candidates who exhibit curiosity, are motivated to solve challengingproblems, and can think creatively to identify solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Developa business vision and a sequenced roadmap for the order management of ancillaryproducts and services

  • Partnerwith stakeholders across the enterprise to determine requirements for the ordermanagement of ancillary products and services

  • Collaboratewith Ancillary Offer business and IT partners to translate upstream business requirementsinto usable and reliable solutions that span the full retailing process from Offerto Order C Servicing.

  • Leadagile development teams to implement requirements.

  • Collaboratewith other agile development teams, both upstream and downstream, to identify dependenciesrequired to deliver the order management roadmap.

  • Communicateprogress against development roadmap to leaders and stakeholders.

  • Learnthe business rationale behind ancillary order data schemas and orchestration patternswith the goal of building solutions that are product-agnostic, channel-agnostic,and form of payment-agnostic

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Provensuccess in understanding and managing complex processes

  • Ableto demonstrate intellectual curiosity and critical thinking

  • Experiencetranslating a business vision into written technical requirements

  • Abilityto communicate clearly to business leaders and technical developers

  • Musthave the ability to work well with diverse groups in a time sensitive and team environmentwith minimal supervision

  • Resultsoriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detailand follow through

  • Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.

  • Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

  • Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Bachelor'sDegree with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • PreferredMajor in quantitative discipline such as Management Information Systems, BusinessAdministration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.

  • Combinationof at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Revenue Management, Internalor External channels, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics.

  • Experiencein at least one commercial or operations function such as Reservations, ACS, eCommerce,Revenue Management, Sales, or IT preferred.

  • Experienceworking in an Agile environment as a Product Manager/Owner.
