The Hertz Corporation Office Coordinator - Part Time (Flex Hrs) in Atlanta, Georgia
A Day in the Life:
The Hertz Corporation is looking for a part time Office Coordinator to assist with reception and office duties. This is a part time role with an average of 20-25 hours per week. This role will be in person, 4-5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Flexible hours available.
What You’ll Do:
Greet employees and guests
Reception duties
Ordering and stocking supplies/equipment as needed
Leading shipping and receiving obligations
Leading the locations badging systems for employee access
Help facilitate new employee onboarding
Manage conference rooms
Coordinate services with our various vendors
Submit work orders and coordinate with building management on maintenance issues/other requests
Other duties as assigned and needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background: High School Diploma
Professional Experience: 2+ years of office experience preferred.
Excellent computer and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
The starting salary for this role is $22 per hour, commensurate with experience.
