TK Elevator Corporation Manager- Project II in Atlanta, Georgia
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and workflow coordinationfor major Communications and Marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities, timelines, and resource capacity.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plansacross all initiatives supported by the Marketing Demand Generation team, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Establish and manage a centralized intake and prioritization frameworkfor Demand Generation requests across all Lines of Business (LoBs), partnering closely with the Demand Generation leader to align work with strategic priorities and capacity.
- Represent the Communications and Marketing function within enterprise transformation programs, ensuring visibility, alignment to broader business objectives, and effective cross-functional coordination.
- Drive project governance and reporting, including status tracking, risk/issue management, and executive-ready updates (e.g., dashboards, RAG status, and key milestones).
- Support planning and execution logistics for trade shows and major events, including timeline management, deliverable tracking, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Serve as the Asana subject matter expert, establishing best practices, optimizing workflows, and ensuring consistent project tracking, reporting, and adoption across the team.
- Manage financial operationsfor the Communications and Marketing function, including budgeting, billing, invoicing, and ongoing cost tracking against plans.
- Oversee vendor and partner management, including governance of the TKE brand shop, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain structured and accessible project documentation and decision logs, including meeting notes, action items, and key priorities, to support leadership alignment and informed decision-making.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally supporting communications, marketing, or crossfunctional business teams within an organizition
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience with Asana; Asana certification strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to be enterprisingcomfortable jumping into new challenges, identifying solutions, and driving progress independently.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting trade shows or largescale events is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
