The Coca-Cola Company Manager, Investments Finance in Atlanta, Georgia
Reporting to the Senior Director II, FP&A and Resource Allocation, this is an essential partner to the marketing and brand teams within the North America Operating Unit (NAOU). This role is instrumental in supporting the financial management, planning, and analysis of brand performance and resource allocation.
With a strong focus on accurate financial reporting, insightful forecasting, and compliance, you will manage the day-to-day financial processes for marketing investments across marketing initiatives.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners and help champion best practices in resource allocation, asset management, and FP&A, supporting continuous improvement and strategic alignment with overall business goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop budgets based on prior period budgets, revenue estimates, expense projections, and recent performance.
Analyze variance from budget, identify issues/trends, and forecast annual results.
Recommend and implement budgetary policies and procedures.
Make improvements or recommended enhancements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance.
Communicate effectively within and outside of the organization, explaining facts, policies, practices, and procedures.
Lead overall performance management and support business with relevant analytics and actionable insights.
Drive engagement with senior leaders and LT to drive cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Lead financial evaluation and partner with the business team to structure commercials for all new deals or renewals, including Marketing Assets.
Support the oversight of marketing asset investments, valuation, tracking, and negotiation.
Support the Marketing Finance Innovation Team with special projects.
Team Collaboration: Foster knowledge-sharing and skill development within the Marketing Finance team, supporting a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; progress toward an advanced degree or certification is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a relevant FP&A, asset management, or marketing finance role.
Demonstrated ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models, preferably for marketing or brand investment portfolios.
Working knowledge of marketing assets, creative production, intellectual property management, and associated financial processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail, organization, and process discipline.
Experience working in a large-scale or consumer products company preferred.
Proficiency with financial systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion) and Excel.

Pay Range:$103,000 - $119,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
