IHG Manager, Food & Beverage Concept & Innovation in Atlanta, Georgia
The Manager, Food & Beverage – Concept & Innovation is responsible for the development, testing, and scalable rollout of food and beverage concepts across IHG brands. This role leads cross‑functional workstreams to deliver brand‑aligned, operationally sound, and financially viable F&B programs that enhance guest experience while improving owner economics. Acting as a bridge between Brand, Operations, Procurement, Design, and Finance, this role translates strategy into executable programs—ensuring innovations are easy to adopt, compliant with standards, and scalable across regions.
Your day to day
F&B Concept Development & Innovation
Lead end‑to‑end development of F&B concepts, including breakfast, coffee, bars, and ancillary offerings, from ideation through launch
Translate brand vision and guest insights into practical, executable F&B programs
Partner with Brand teams to ensure concepts reinforce brand positioning and guest promise
Develop tiered or modular solutions to support different hotel types, footprints, and owner investment levels
Program Rollout & Execution
Own the rollout of approved F&B innovations across the estate, ensuring readiness, clarity, and consistency
Coordinate cross‑functional partners (Brand, Ops, Design, Training, Procurement, Finance) to deliver aligned workstreams
Develop playbooks, tools, and standards documentation to support implementation and long‑term sustainment
Support pilots and tests, capturing insights and refining programs prior to scale
Owner Economics & Performance
Evaluate concepts through an owner‑lens, including CPOR, labor models, CapEx impact, and ROI
Partner with Finance and Procurement to validate cost assumptions and performance expectations
Monitor post‑launch performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve results
Stakeholder & Franchise Engagement
Balance input from multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on scope, timelines, and outcomes
Support franchise communications by clearly articulating the “why” and “how” behind F&B changes
Engage with franchise communities and Owner Associations as needed to support adoption and alignment
What we need from you
Strong understanding of hotel F&B economics, labor models, and supply chain implications
Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives
Experience working with franchised hotel environments strongly preferred
Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable managing ambiguity
Strategic thinker with operational mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance creativity with standardization and scalability
Owner‑centric, data‑driven decision making
Travel required - up to 30%
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $83,000 to $105,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
