Robert Half Facilities Coordinator 5 in Atlanta, Georgia
Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves overseeing workspaces, supporting event setups, and managing mailroom functions. The ideal candidate will be agile, comfortable working across multiple floors, and capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize workspaces, ensuring they are clean, functional, and well-stocked.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Oversee mailroom operations as needed to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
• Conduct regular inspections across three floors to ensure facilities are in excellent condition.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure services are delivered to high standards.
• Manage purchase orders and assist with financial processes, including monthly accrual reports and finance tracking.
• Support the implementation of property risk management programs and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor and utilize ticketing systems like Corrigo to address facility-related issues efficiently.
• Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures to address urgent matters promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators and service level agreements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in facility coordination or managing event spaces is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Corrigo and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Physically capable of being on your feet and lifting up to 30 pounds as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
