Cayuse Holdings Experimentation Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.

The Work

The Experimentation Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, integration, execution, and assessment of airlift operations and related experimentation initiatives. The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert analytical, operational, and advisory support to optimize airlift activities, enhance the outcomes of multi-domain exercises, and ensure seamless coordination among joint and multinational partners across the Indo-Pacific area of operations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, support, and evaluate experiments conducted during organizational exercises, demonstrations, and operational deployments within the Indo-Pacific region, ensuring the effective integration of advanced concepts and emerging technologies.

  • Collaborate closely with military, civilian, academic, and research personnel to design, execute, and analyze experimentation across multiple domains, including aviation, long-range targeting, maritime operations, electronic warfare, space/cyber, and integrated multi-domain command and control.

  • Receive, validate, and prioritize airlift requirements in accordance with established procedures to provide timely and effective operational support.

  • Serve as the principal coordination interface with movement centers, airlift coordination teams, partner organizations, and multinational entities, ensuring optimal synchronization and deconfliction of efforts.

  • Track and monitor all airlift missions, maintaining accurate records for passenger manifests, cargo movement (including hazardous and special cargo), and medical evacuations while ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Incorporate analytical findings and experimental insights into airlift planning for exercises, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, rapid deployments, airdrops, infiltration operations, and other critical activities.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive analyses, after-action reports, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations to enhance the effectiveness, interoperability, and responsiveness of airlift operations within the area of responsibility.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant transportation, air mobility, safety, hazardous materials management, and doctrinal requirements as established by applicable industry standards and best practices.

  • Contribute to quality control initiatives by generating and maintaining documentation, supporting process improvements, and facilitating quality assurance reviews and audits.

  • Analyze operational and performance metrics, including airlift request scheduling timelines, identification and resolution of delays, timely submission of manifests and in-transit visibility data, and elimination of preventable coordination failures.

  • Support the planning and execution of organizational and coalition exercises as well as real-world contingency operations to directly enhance operational readiness and force projection capabilities.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on airlift operations, multi-domain logistics, and experimentation doctrine, providing training, guidance, and mentorship to team members and partner organizations as needed.

  • Represent the team and organization during working groups, planning sessions, and after-action reviews with stakeholders and partners, contributing to interoperability and mission assurance.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all experimentation activities, operational assessments, findings, and recommendations to ensure knowledge continuity and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications – Here’s What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in airlift operations, air mobility, logistics management, or multi-organization/coalition experimentation. At least 3 years of experience supporting joint or multinational planning within the Indo-Pacific or comparable regional areas of operation.

  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

  • Secret Clearance required.

  • Demonstrated expertise in exercise experimentation, airlift and mobility planning, operational analytics, after-action reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in cross-functional team collaboration.

  • Willingness to travel for short-term assignments, as needed.

  • Highly motivated and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated business acumen and strong awareness of industry practices.

  • Ability to develop new professional relationships, both individually and in a team context.

  • Proven excellence in writing, verbal communications, and organizational capabilities.

  • Proficient in leading and participating in virtual and hybrid meetings using platforms such as Webex, Teams, and similar technologies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as Operations Research, Engineering, Logistics, or Security Studies).

  • Experience working directly with key organizations engaged in airlift, mobility, or logistics operations within the Indo-Pacific region or comparable areas.

  • Recent experience operating in sensitive, high-security, or contested environments.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or completion of industry-recognized project management and process improvement training.

  • Previous participation in multinational, coalition, or collaborative exercises and/or facilitation of related training.

  • Prior military service is desirable.

  • Experience in market and business development.

  • Proficiency in account management.

Working Conditions

  • The role is primarily based in an office environment, with limited opportunities for remote work as operational needs allow.

  • Occasional travel throughout the Indo-Pacific region may be necessary.

  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.

  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.

  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

  • May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
