Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as an Electronic Assembler, where you will work at an assembly bench, assembling electronic components and uploading software/firmware into these components. You'll read schematics, solder using a microscope, and crimp wires, focusing on low voltage wiring.
Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components at a work station.
Upload software and firmware into components.
Read and interpret electrical schematics.
Solder using a microscope.
Crimp wires for low voltage wiring.
Ensure quality through adherence to standards such as IPCJ and J standard.
Essential Skills
Experience with electronic sub-assemblies and software/firmware uploads.
Proficiency in soldering and crimping using microscopes.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Strong computer skills, including ERP systems.
Quality certifications such as TS16949, ISO 9001, AS 9100.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in medical device assembly.
Knowledge of RC hobby electronics.
Strong familiarity with hand tools, micrometers, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hardware troubleshooting.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, relaxed, and clean environment with individual work benches. Choose from 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday) or 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday to Thursday), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Be prepared for overtime as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
