Job Title: Electromechanical Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer, where you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on machinery, removing metal jams in rolling machines, adjusting alignments on rollers and roll forming equipment, and conducting reactive maintenance as breakdowns occur. As a leader among the production team, you will ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.

  • Remove metal jams in rolling machines.

  • Adjust alignments on rollers and roll forming equipment.

  • Conduct reactive maintenance during breakdowns.

  • Lead and support the production team in maintenance activities.

Essential Skills

  • Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability.

  • Experience with mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and schematics.

  • Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.

  • Knowledge of 480v motors, multimeters, gears, sprockets, pumps, and rollers.

  • Manufacturing or distribution center experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Metal stamping experience is preferred.

  • PLC knowledge is beneficial.

  • 5+ years of experience is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and large industrial complex. The role is based on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
