The Coca-Cola Company Director, FP&A Corporate Functions Service Delivery in Atlanta, Georgia

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Lead OPEX financial planning and forecasting for a defined function, including Actuals, Business Plan (BP), and Rolling Estimates (RE), ensuring alignment with business objectives and support of accountable P&L owners.

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to Function leadership, building strong stakeholder relationships and leading review discussions to align assumptions, expectations, and risks & opportunities (R&Os).

  • Lead and develop a team of three Genpact associates, overseeing end-to-end delivery of plans/forecasts, variance analysis, financial system administration, and stakeholder communications.

  • Translate financial data into actionable insights through performance analysis, trend identification, comparisons, and quantification of risks and opportunities to inform decision-making.

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of plans, forecasts, and management reports by managing service levels, forecast accuracy targets, and issue escalations.

  • Drive compliance, controls, and continuous process improvement by enforcing SOPs, reporting standards, governance, and data confidentiality, and by leading system or process enhancements to close delivery gaps.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of finance experience in FP&A, financial reporting along with thorough understanding of KO financials with understanding of system financials

  • Experience in FP&A work involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders.

  • Ability to understand and manage risk

  • Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.

  • Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, operational excellence, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation

  • The role needs to communicate with internal stakeholders to find the right reporting structure, giving the optimum granularity in the most efficient format/visual with strong stakeholder management skills with external parties (i.e., contractors).

Pay Range:

$148,000 - $169,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
