Honeywell Director, Engineering Program Management in Atlanta, Georgia
As a Director Engineering Program Management here at Honeywell, we are seeking candidates to lead the projects business NPIs as a global PMO leader within BA, a critical business group of Honeywell International, a Fortune 100 company.
You will report to the Projects VPGM and metrics aligned with BA PMO Head, based out of Atlanta, USA.

Ideal Candidate
7 plus years of experience managing (W2W program executions) , Building Management product line programs and providing regulatory , field support
Global experience in leading the Projects and service organization project executions in building domain.
Global experience in administering / deploying technology products successfully at customer sites as Beta / Early adopters etc.
Experience with SaaS offerings, deployments , Building Management solutions
Ability to establish influential internal / external partnerships at all levels
Engineering degree preferred
Effectively builds partnering relationships with 3rd party ODMs/OEMs/Vendor evaluation, interface and management where required
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Abilitiy to travel 20%
Your Role:
Product Development
Work closely with Product Design function to ensure high quality customer experience and interfaces.
Work with Engineering, Support, Sales, and customers to troubleshoot and resolve escalated product issues.
Recommend and advocate for improvements to existing products with collaboration from internal and external stakeholders.
Act as the product expert and liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
Product Launch
Collaborate with cross functional and Operations team on go-to-market strategy, successful development/testing, and smooth deployment of new products.
You must have:
Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering or equivalent degree
10 plus years of experience in program (developing, designing and administering successful proejcts based NPIs / Fire / Security / BMS and demand reduction programs) execution as a Wall 2 Wall leader.
5 plus years of experience in executing the GBE roadmaps and attainments to ensure the STRAP goals are met
3 plus years of experience in Vertical engagements with vertical leaders / roadmap alignments
5 plus years of experience in driving the new growth initiatives / Ideation along with senior leaders.
5 plus years’ experience in handling the product deployment process with channel partners along with offering / Marketing / factory / IT supports.
3 plus years of experience managing consulting projects for commercial buildings, healthcare verticals
5 plus years of experience in program budgets and regulatory support
5 plus years of experience in AOP planning / tracking, program budgets and compliance support
5 plus years of experience managing a team (in-house or virtual) and supervising staff
3 plus years’ experience in Managing the O&M projects
3 plus years experience in handling real time projects executions, managing change requests, customer deployments
3 plus years experience in L review participations and effective risk managemenet
3 plus years experience in smart city related developments and partner engagements.
Solid understanding of engineering (Software, Electrical, Mechanical) life cycle models and Aero domain knowledge.

Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
