CJ connects brands with these publishers, creating valuable resources for shoppers like you.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and develop a high-performance team of 5-10 account management professionals in a fast paced, detail oriented and team environment ensure client teams successfully meet advertiser objectives are met.

  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of CJ’s managed services offering and health of advertiser relationships.

  • Pitch CJ’s products and solutions: manage client objections and gain adoption to meet client business goals. 

  • Lead pricing, contract renewal discussions, up-sell CJ solutions. Collaborate with internal partners on client retention efforts, as needed.

  • Define platform feature and capability enhancements. Actively participate as a product stakeholder on behalf of advertisers for new features and solutions.

  • Develop and manage financial plans and meet financial expectations for your portfolio of business.

  • Serve as a trusted adviser and collaborator in handling client objections requests and all complex issues that cannot be solved by account teams.

Qualifications

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience

  • 7 plus years of experience working in a traditional marketing role-ideally digital performance marketing.

  • Ability to develop annual and quarterly plans, and plans and ensure successful execution of these plans across multiple client teams, delivering high quality service and results to clients while delivering against CJ financial expectations.

  • Self-initiative and development- you are results focused and eager to enhance your skills to take your career to the next level.

  • Proven leadership, staff management and coaching skills.

  • Critical thinking and problem solver-you are able to influence/develop/negotiate account strategies that incorporate affiliate attribution, consumer insights and dynamic customer targeting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.

Compensation Range: $121,315.00 - $166,000.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
