Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity, offering the chance to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely communication.

• Process customer orders efficiently using internal systems, maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders are produced and shipped on schedule.

• Utilize tools such as Oracle, Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions), and other relevant software to manage data and support customer needs.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.

• Address and resolve customer issues or concerns with attention to detail and effectiveness.

• Document all customer interactions and transactions for future reference and reporting.

• Support call center operations by handling a high volume of calls with efficiency.

• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery. Requirements • A minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.

• Proficiency in Oracle, Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and other relevant software.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer requests effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse customers and teams.

• Proven ability to resolve customer issues with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with order entry processes and customer relationship management systems.
