TEKsystems Creative Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia
Description
We’re seeking a Creative Traffic Manager to oversee the intake, prioritization, and delivery of creative work across a fast‑moving, multi‑disciplinary team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive leader who thrives at the intersection of creative workflows, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
Own the end‑to‑end creative workflow, from request intake and scoping through scheduling, resourcing, and delivery
Partner closely with creative leaders to balance capacity, deadlines, and priorities across teams
Develop and maintain traffic processes, tools, and reporting to improve efficiency and visibility
Act as the primary point of contact for project status, timelines, and risk management
Identify bottlenecks and recommend workflow optimizations to support quality and on‑time delivery
Manage shifting priorities with clarity and calm in high‑volume environments
Additional Skills & Qualifications
AI fluency and skills utilizing and willingness to learn critical
8–10 years of experience in creative traffic, project management, or operations within an in‑house or agency environment
Deep understanding of creative production workflows across design, video, and content
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and align diverse stakeholders
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Experience with creative project management tools and resourcing systems
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
