Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Field)
Location: Southwest Atlanta, GA
Pay Rate: $46-$50/hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Duration: Contract position
Job Description:
Kelly is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the Southwest Atlanta area. In this pivotal role, you will manage, develop, and implement projects of varying complexity and size, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for our clients. You’ll partner with diverse business stakeholders and field personnel to ensure excellent project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple construction projects from initiation through completion, facilitating planning sessions, establishing project scopes, and setting performance goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools such as Excel and Smartsheets.
Identify, track, and help resolve project issues, proactively mitigating risks with clear communication and sound decision-making.
Lead meetings, coordinate activities, and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and communicate project status and key milestones, maintaining all project documentation, databases, and records.
Coach and guide team members, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to company standards.
Ensure accurate tracking of invoices and financial records.
Share project learnings and best practices to enhance organizational knowledge and efficiency.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management, with previous field and leadership exposure.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficient in project management tools such as Excel and Smartsheets.
Demonstrated ability to plan, align, and execute multiple projects efficiently.
Experience leading meetings, mitigating risks, and managing project budgets.
Ability to work effectively Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm.
Nice to Have:
Local knowledge of the Southwest Atlanta area construction environment.
Experience with invoice management and financial tracking in construction projects.
