Robert Half Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, Georgia
Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional support for medical device products and services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and deliver outstanding service to customers.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support for a range of medical device products and services.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to investigate, assess, and resolve customer issues in line with established policies.
• Document all customer interactions, keeping detailed and accurate records of actions taken.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of medical device products and services to ensure optimal use.
• Proactively retain customers by resolving concerns and providing superior service.
• Communicate unresolved issues to the Customer Service Manager for further action.
• Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage customer data and streamline support processes.
• Work independently while contributing to a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Adapt quickly to a wide range of technical and non-technical issues to provide effective solutions. Requirements • At least two years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Proven ability to succeed in a remote work environment with a well-equipped home workstation.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard applications such as Office, remote support tools, and Windows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, simple manner for individuals without a technical background.
• A college degree, relevant technical education, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail. TalentMatch®
