Job Title: Receptionist / Client Care Lead
Location: Riversmeet Vets
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week (4 x 9.5 hours per week, plus 1 Saturday per month)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Lead to join our friendly team at Riversmeet Vets.
What you’ll be doing
Leading the reception team to deliver outstanding client care at every touchpoint
Acting as a visible presence on reception, building strong, empathetic client relationships
Managing complaints and feedback professionally and implementing service improvements
Maintaining exceptional front-of-house standards and team presentation
Preparing and managing rotas, including holiday and absence cover
Supporting recruitment, inductions, training and performance reviews
Updating protocols and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures
What we’re looking for
Essential:
Experience leading and motivating a team
Background in a client care environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
Professional, approachable and empathetic manner
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Desirable:
Previous Lead/Head Receptionist experience
Experience handling complaints and payment queries
BVRA Gold Award
