What You’ll Do:

  • Command credit policy and manage lines of credit across multiple entities.

  • Analyze, approve, and guide smart credit decisions—your judgement propels growth while minimizing risk.

  • Oversee credit insurance, optimize AR aging, and take charge of innovative collections strategies.

  • Collaborate directly with our division GMs, CFO, and ownership—they’ll look to you as the go-to expert for complex credit issues and solutions.

  • Lead the way on process improvements, driving efficiency and best practices in credit and collections.

  • Deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and KPI dashboards.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 5 years of credit management experience—bonus points for a manufacturing background!

  • Strong background in credit lines, insurance, collections, and AR analysis.

  • Top-notch communication, analytical, and negotiation chops.

  • Experience with ERP or credit/collections software preferred.

  • Ability to work seamlessly with every level of leadership.
