Job Title: Assembler Packer Loader
Location: Athens, TN
Pay Range: 16-19/hr
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available
What's the Job?
Support the Production Technician in defining and improving manufacturing processes
Learn and apply on-the-job training to accomplish relevant production tasks
Assist in optimizing product cost, quality, and delivery timelines
Work safely in a factory environment, adhering to PPE requirements
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand and respond to verbal and written instructions in English
Proficiency in basic math skills
Ability to lift between 10-30 pounds repeatedly
Comfortable working in a factory environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
