You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key customers within the Traditional Trade channel leading customer relationships and commercial agreement

  • Lead commercial negotiations, including terms, agreements, and investments

  • Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with company objectives

  • Design and implement promotional initiatives in collaboration with CP & Marketing teams

  • Deliver key KPIs: Sales, Market Share, Distribution etc.

  • Ensure best-in-class execution in-store in close collaboration with Field Sales teams

  • Analyze business performance and translate insights into actionable plans
