Your Internship: As an Intern on the Client Services team, you will providesoftware support and implementation guidance to clients utilizing the financialaccounting and business operations functions in Yardi's property managementsoftware. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge softwaresolutions, gaining valuable expertise and becoming a subject matter expert inthe Proptech field. Your Impact: A typical day as an intern with our Client Services team: Introduce clients to the Yardi suite of products andservices. Partner with Technical Account Management team during clienttraining sessions related to new software upgrades and functionality. Provide amazing customer support while learning to assistclients with troubleshooting software concerns. Assists in the support of client software installation andconfiguration. Be part of a great team and collaborate with team membersacross the organization. Your Profile: Junior or senior level college hours with a major inAccounting, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Statistics or GeneralBusiness. Great people skills and the ability to be personable andprofessional. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Essential customer service skills and commitment to go theextra mile. Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectivelyfollow processes. Intellectual curiosity and the ability research and learnnew concepts. Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing prioritiescomfortably.
