YARDI SYSTEMS Associate Technical Account Manager in ASTORIA, New York

About the Role: Are you passionate about learning newtechnology and building strong clientrelationships? We're looking for an Associate Technical AccountManager (ATAM) to help our multifamily residential clients get the most valuefrom Yardi's property management software solutions. In this role, you'll combine your technicalaptitude and communication skills to support clients through software setup,troubleshooting, and day-to-day use. Whether it's answering a quickquestion or resolving a challenge, you'll help clients have a smooth,successful experience with our software. You'll build expertise in how Yardi'ssoftware supports every stage of the renter journey and equips propertymanagers with the tools for financial reporting, leasing, maintenance, andmore. As part of a collaborative team, you'll work closely withclients and internal departments to deliver high-quality, solution-focusedsupport. What You'll Do: Provide technical software support, set-up, andimplementation guidance to clients across a suite of products,delivering assistance via email and phone. Utilize your problem-solving skills to effectivelytroubleshoot application issues, overcome challenges, and deliver effectivesolutions. Apply your communication strengths to earn client trustthrough responsive support and clear guidance from set-up through ongoingsuccess. Champion client success by sharing relevant productfeatures, best practices, and personalized guidance. Collaborate with dynamic teams to quickly escalate andresolve challenges, helping deliver innovative solutions that make a realimpact on our clients. Who You Are: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, orComputer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of educationand experience. Comfortable providing live support via phone and email,confidently troubleshooting technical issues. A proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-focusedmindset. Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on accuracyand efficiency. Adaptable and flexible; you thrive in fast-paced,ever-changing environments. Skilled at building strong relationships and earningtrust with clients. Driven to exceed expectations and deliver exceptionalcustomer service. A quick learner who embraces new tools, technologies, andconcepts. Naturally organized and able to prioritize tasks withclarity and confidence. Ideal to Have: Familiarity with property management or real estatesoftware, particularly Yardi. Hands-on experience with technical support and applicationtroubleshooting. Real Estate runs on Yardi.
