Job Description
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Manufacturing Quality organization, you will provide shop‑floor quality leadership to support day‑to‑day production activities at the LKZ plant. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, leading problem resolution for quality issues, and supporting quality readiness for process changes. This role directly supports Manufacturing and Engineering by preventing defects, improving quality KPIs, and promoting a strong quality and product safety culture. You will report quality performance, issues, and improvement actions to site quality and manufacturing leadership on a regular basis.
What do we want to know about you?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field or relevant manufacturing or quality experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering
Experience working in a production or shop‑floor environment
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience with assembly, welding, electrical, or test processes
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Familiarity with quality systems and manufacturing KPIs (DPU, defects, audits, quality issues)
Experience using quality tools, audits, or continuous improvement methodologies
Basic data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools)
Legal authorization in Kazakhstan is required
Proficiency in Kazakh and English is must have
What will your typical day look like?
Act as the primary quality contact for assigned manufacturing areas
Provide hands‑on quality support on the shop floor
Lead containment actions, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions for quality issues
Support compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
Monitor, analyze, and improve quality KPIs such as DPU, defects, audit results, and quality issues
Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Test teams to prevent defects and improve processes
Support PPAP, FAI, and quality readiness activities for new or changed manufacturing processes
Promote a strong quality mindset and product safety culture among production teams
Participate in audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
