Job Description

Who will you be working with?

You will work closely with Quality Leader, production, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure consistent application of quality standards and processes. The role also involves interaction with regional quality functions, certification bodies, and customers to maintain and strengthen the plant’s Quality Management System.

How will you make a difference?

As a Quality Management System Senior specialist you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the plant Quality Management System (QMS). This role plays a key part in strengthening quality governance, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements, and driving process discipline across the organization.

You will lead QMS governance activities, audit management, and corrective action processes, while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Through collaboration with cross‑functional teams, you will help ensure consistent quality performance and alignment with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 22163.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Proven experience working with certified Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22163).

  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including audits, RCA, and CAPA.

  • Ability to lead audits, analyze systemic issues, and drive corrective actions.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across functions.

  • English proficiency required.

  • Preferrable experience in heavy industry, rail, automotive, or complex assembly manufacturing.

  • Legal authorization to work in the Republic of Kazakhstan is required.

  • Proficiency in Kazakh and English is required

What will your typical day look like?

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the plant Quality Management System.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22163).

  • Maintain and manage the plant quality documentation structure, including procedures, policies, and work instructions.

  • Ensure effective document control and change management processes.

  • Plan and conduct internal QMS audits across the plant.

  • Coordinate and support external certification audits and customer audits.

  • Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

  • Lead the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process for systemic issues.

  • Ensure application of effective Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

  • Monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.

  • Support quality KPI tracking, analysis, and reporting to plant and regional leadership.

  • Facilitate management reviews of the Quality Management System.

  • Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset across the plant.

  • Support implementation of problem‑solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, etc.).

  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and quality performance.
