Job Description

Who will you be working with?

You will be part of the Centralized Warehouse at LKZ plant, working closely with warehouse personnel, quality control, supply chain teams, and other internal stakeholders.

The role requires continuous interaction with the Quality Control Department, Materials and Technical Supply Department, and warehouse management to ensure accurate inventory accounting and uninterrupted material supply.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Centralized Warehouse team, you will support accurate inventory accounting and reliable warehouse operations through consistent use of the 1C ERP system.

You will contribute to production continuity by maintaining timely and accurate records of inventory movements, write‑offs, storage locations, and defective materials.

What will your typical day look like?

ERP System and Inventory Accounting

  • Perform all activities related to maintaining operations in the 1C ERP automated system.

  • Execute inventory movements, write‑offs, and other operational accounting transactions.

  • Enter, update, and correct inventory records in the system.

  • Calculate and reconcile inventory balances, ensuring timely and accurate movement and write‑off of inventory items.

  • Maintain records of inventory storage locations within the warehouse.

Defective Inventory and Claims Handling

  • Maintain records of claims reports prepared by the Quality Control Department for identified defective inventory.

  • Coordinate with the Materials and Technical Supply Department to:

  • Ensure timely return of defective inventory to suppliers.

  • Track replacement of defective inventory with compliant items.

  • Monitor and update records related to replacement deliveries.

Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control

  • Monitor availability and condition of fire‑fighting equipment, warehouse premises, equipment, and tools.

  • Report issues and ensure timely repair or replacement when required.

  • Participate in physical inventory counts and reconciliations.

  • Comply with occupational health and safety, fire safety, industrial sanitation, and labor protection requirements.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Secondary specialized education is required.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant position.

  • Experience working with inventory accounting systems or ERP platforms (1C ERP preferred).

  • Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.

  • Knowledge of occupational safety, fire safety, industrial sanitation, and labor protection rules.

  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and discipline.

  • Business conduct and ethics policies.

  • Policies related to business partners and compliance.

  • Environmental, health, and safety regulations.

  • Rules regarding protection of confidential information and commercial secrets.

  • Requirements related to export control and foreign economic activity compliance.
