Perché questo ruolo è importante

In qualità di Tecnico di Installazione sul Campo, svolgi un ruolo fondamentale nel fornire ai nostri clienti un’esperienza Tires as a Service (TaaS) di elevata qualità. Ti assicuri che ogni installazione hardware sia completata con precisione, cura e qualità, contribuendo alla sicurezza delle flotte, alle prestazioni e all’affidabilità a lungo termine. Il tuo lavoro ha un impatto diretto sulla fiducia dei clienti, sull’eccellenza operativa e sul successo della nostra offerta di servizi.

Cosa farai

• Installare hardware TaaS sui veicoli dei clienti in linea con gli standard e le tempistiche di installazione

• Preparare, configurare e testare l’hardware prima dell’installazione

• Eseguire attività di troubleshooting, manutenzione e riparazione in loco, quando necessario

• Coordinare i programmi di installazione con i Fleet Manager, le officine e i tecnici specializzati (ad esempio, elettricisti certificati ADR)

• Supportare e guidare i fornitori di servizi terzi durante le installazioni esternalizzate

• Gestire la ricezione, i controlli qualità, lo stoccaggio e il monitoraggio dell’inventario delle apparecchiature hardware

• Garantire una registrazione accurata dell’hardware, la documentazione e la pianificazione dei riapprovvigionamenti

Il tuo profilo

• Diploma di scuola superiore (preferibile una laurea in ingegneria o in un campo correlato)

• Oltre 3 anni di esperienza in installazione o riparazione meccanica ed elettrica

• Esperienza pratica con camion trattore-rimorchio, sistemi telematici o sistemi di pneumatici

• Forti capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione, con attenzione ai dettagli

• Mentalità collaborativa e buone capacità comunicative

• Competenze informatiche di base e familiarità con strumenti digitali

• Padronanza della lingua locale e dell’inglese, con disponibilità a viaggiare 4–7 giorni alla settimana
