Ingersoll Rand Logistics Officer in Aspropirgos, Greece

Main responsibilities of Job position
Organize and arrange goods and inspect the warehouse space
Preparation of goods and packaging (picking & packing)
Shipment and physical receipt of goods (goods & documentation checking)
Issue transaction documents in ERP system
Communicate with transport companies to coordinate the loading/unloading of purchase/sales orders
Dispatch and track orders to domestic and foreign suppliers
Register and report deliveries
Conduct periodic inventory counts
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in computerized warehouse management, orders management, and goods transportation.
Experience with ERP systems
Hands-on approach -ability to perform physical handling of goods e.g. using forklift
Good communication in English (oral, written)
Good knowledge of MS Office programs esp. MS Excel
Completed military service (if male candidate)
Category B driver's license

Desired Qualifications
Experience in a machinery/spare parts warehouse
Forklift operator license
Experience in SAP B1 ERP
