Job Type: Full-Time Exempt
Schedule: Two-week rotating shift. Week 1: Monday - Friday, 7a-5p, Sat/Sun off. Week 2: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat, 7a-5p, Wed/Sun off.
Targeted Pay Range: $85,000-$120,000 per year.
(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual salaried rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Store Manager will plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all activities related to store operations and is responsible for the leadership and management of the store staff and daily store operations.
Leads, coaches, and motivates stores staff to meet and exceed performance goals
Manages daily operations including inventory control, merchandising, and staffing
Drives the team to customer service excellence
Prioritizes, delegates, and directs the work and projects for the store staff and assigned employees
Ensures policies and procedures are communicated and properly enforced
Ensures compliance with safety standards to ensure work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
Monitors sales performance and implements strategies to drive results
Fosters a culture in support of the mission, vision, and values of L&M Supply
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related degree program AND 3 years of related professional experience OR
2-year degree in Business, Retail Management, or related degree program AND 5 years of related professional experience OR
7 years related professional experience
Knowledge Requirements
In-depth knowledge of retail operations
Advanced knowledge of retail store operations and modern retail store practices and procedures
In-depth knowledge of the principals of management and leadership, to include staffing, employee relations, employee development, and performance management
